As my mum has had surgery done this week, i have to take care at home,and i am a bit bored, so i thought in something to do and... I baked a cheesecake! mmmmmmmmm i DO LOVE IT , my mum too hehe and my little bro. Ther´s a little pic after this silly post. If you´d like to know how did i do it, go on reading :
you´ll need...
- Digestive biscuits or similar ( 250 g)
- butter ( 100 g)
- sugar ( 1/2 cup )
- Cream cheese ( 500 g)
- 4 eggs
- lemon juice ( a little)
- vanilla
- whatever you want to put on the top: jam, , strawberries, banana , cherries...

>> Smash the biscuits and add the butter, mix it. Cover the mould with them and leave it to cool inside the fridge. Then preheat the oven 200ºC . Whip the cheese until it looks creamy, than add the sugar, the lemon juice and vanilla , mix it. Add the eggs one by one and mix properly. full the mould with this mixture and put it into the oven. Leave it for more or less 40 minutes. Leave the cake untill it ´s cool and then put it into the fridge for one night. That´s it! Cover it with whatever you want and enjoy !

hi! i´m back again from the real life to talk a bit about this year´s spring break! it has been cool! yesterday i went to the opera and i saw Rossini´s Semiramide , based on a Voltair´s novel. I liked it a look but the screenplay was outrageous O.o Anyway, i also went shopping and played with mee-chan to Final fantasy all night! it has been a cool Spring break holiday. I would like to say thanks to Salome for that wonderful easter gif see made !

im sooooooo excited!!!O.o i talked about it yesterday with my father! after a year of studying japanese he decided to pay a trip there me myself absolutely alone!!! argggg i´ll get lost in copenhage´s airport at the 1st plane change... i´m scared but i´m the same time i´m sooo happy? do you think they´ll accept me? mean those japanese people... i just can say : i´m hungry, and wher´s the toilet, or i can´t eat ebi ... lol just wanted to say that! i´m soooooooooooooo thankful to my dear sensei who look for a house to stay in there! no more excitement on my tabulas for today, just wanted to say that! byeeeeeeeeee sayouuuunara ^ ^
